  • I don't have an Ofcom radio licence, what do I do?
To purchase licensed radios you need to have an Ofcom two-way radio licence. Don't worry if you don't have one yet, this is something that we arrange for you on your behalf. We will make sure you get the correct licence type for the radios you require. This also saves you time as the Ofcom licence form is far from the simplest or shortest!
  • There are so many models, how do I choose which is best for my needs?
We find that most customers need our expert advice choosing the correct product. We also want to make sure that you're getting the best value for money possible. To get in touch you can: Send us an email Give us a call 01748 327250 Click on the Let's Chat! button in the bottom right of your screen. This is by far the quickest way to talk to us and get some great advice.
  • Can you make any new radios we buy work with our existing fleet of handsets?
Absolutely yes! It is best to make us aware of the fact you want them to be compatible with any existing handsets you have as not all radios are interoperable. We will recommend the most cost effective compatible walkie talkie to compliment your existing radio system.
  • What is an FAQ section?
An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
